Jason Finds the Treasure

A roleplay I had with

Jason was in the dark, and he had 2 different caves he could go in. But James's cries were coming from all around him, he couldn't decide which to go into!

Jason took a guess and ran into the right hand cave, figuring that James's screams were louder there. He started yelling for James to calm down, that he would find him, but James was terrified, and couldn't hear him over his screams echoing back at him.

James: "HELP ME! JASOOON HEEEEELP I DON'T WANT TO BE STUCK HERE FOREVER!"

Jason suddenly came to a halt.

Jason: "JAMES! James? Hey James! Don't worry, I can see you, everything's okay!"

He walked toward what he thought was James, and bumped into... A wooden stone.

Jason: "Wha? James!? What happened to you? You're so cold and hard!"

He tapped the wooden object, to hear a large knocking noise every time he tapped.

Jason: "James? JAMES!?"

He then hit the side of the object, and it opened through the side to reveal light, and treasure!

Jason: "T-T-Treasure!? This is incredible! I'd better take the whole thing while it's still free for the taking!"

He had just grabbed the heavy chest with two hands when he heard James's screams for help, faintly but clearly, and it sounded like he was crying.

James: "J-J-Jason??? Did you leave? Jason? Am I gonna' be stuck here forever and die? Jason?"

James had stopped screaming. He crying instead. In some ways this was worse, how was Jason meant to take the treasure knowing that his friend was crying?

Jason: "James! I've found some treasure! I'll get you out then we'll come back, alright?"
